3. Product Specifications

All product specifications, including electromagnetic properties, dimensions, and performance parameters, are provided for reference purposes. We reserve the right to modify specifications to improve product quality and performance.

• Sample approval is mandatory before mass production
• Technical drawings and specifications are confidential

4. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Final pricing depends on order quantity, customization requirements, raw material costs, and delivery terms.

5. Orders and Payment

Order acceptance is subject to our approval and production capacity. Payment terms are established based on customer credit evaluation and order history.

• Standard payment terms: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment
• Established customers may qualify for extended payment terms
• Accepted payment methods: T/T, L/C, and other agreed methods
• Late payment may incur interest charges and affect future orders

6. Manufacturing and Lead Time

Production lead times vary based on order complexity, quantity, and current production schedule. Standard lead times range from 15-45 days after order confirmation and sample approval.

• Rush orders may be accommodated with additional charges
• Lead times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Customers will be notified of any significant delays
• Force majeure events may affect production schedules

7. Quality Assurance

We maintain strict quality control procedures throughout the manufacturing process. All products undergo comprehensive testing before shipment to ensure compliance with specifications and international standards.

8. Shipping and Delivery

9. Warranty and Returns

We provide a standard warranty period of 12 months from the date of shipment against manufacturing defects. Warranty coverage is subject to proper installation, operation, and maintenance.

• Returns require prior authorization and RMA number
• Warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications
• Return shipping costs for warranty claims are negotiable

10. Intellectual Property

Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits, production downtime, or third-party claims.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information, technical specifications, pricing, and business terms disclosed during the business relationship.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with international commercial arbitration rules.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued business engagement constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
